Hello, I am interested in coming along to this class next week and the week after if possible. I’m not sure if I’m at the right level for the class though. I do have experience in dance; a completed 2 year dance course and have taken lots and lots classes and taken part in workshops, but all only at intermediate level. Do you think this class would be appropriate for me? And would it be okay to come along having no been to the previous two? Thank you for your help.

  2. hello Mallai
You would be welcome, there are two more Monday classes in Miranda’s series. Not to be missed, a really great opportunity. The classes are thought-provoking and inspiring; last week’s focus was on the head and feet, and this week on the breath. Hope to see you at the next one.
    Susie
