Explore the fundamental alignment principles of Shakti flow yoga under the guidance of satya devi, certified yoga instructor. Shakti flow is an exploration of movement and breath awakening our intuitive wisdom and unlocking our creative potential, transforming our lives. The Shakti flow asana practice draws primarily from the trinity of Shiva Rea, Parvathi Nanda Nath and Jivamukti yoga. This 4 week program is appropriate for all levels.
